Responsible Gaming at get99

We believe gambling should be a fun and controlled activity. get99 provides tools and guidance to help every Bangladesh player stay in charge of their gaming experience.

This platform is strictly for adults —21 years and above

Our Commitment to Safe Play

At get99, responsible gaming is not an afterthought — it is woven into everything we do. As Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, we take our duty of care seriously. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for every player who chooses to spend their leisure time with us.

Gambling is meant to be an entertaining pastime — not a source of income, stress, or financial hardship. We encourage all players registered on get99 to treat gambling as a form of recreation and to set personal boundaries before they start playing. If gambling stops being fun, it is time to take a step back.

Tools We Provide to Keep You Safe

🔞

Age Verification (21+)

All get99 players must be 21 years of age or older. We verify age during account registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm a player's identity.

⏸️

Cool-Off & Time-Out

Feeling overwhelmed? Activate a voluntary cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days directly from your account settings. During a time-out your account remains accessible only for withdrawal of any remaining balance.

💰

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in BDT to stay within your personal budget. Once a lower limit is set it takes effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day review period for your protection.

🚫

Self-Exclusion

If you believe you need a longer break, request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion prevents login, deposits, and bonus offers. Contact our support team to activate this feature at any time.

🕐

Session Time Reminders

Enable hourly in-session alerts so you are always aware of how long you have been playing. Losing track of time is one of the early warning signs of problem gambling — our reminders keep you grounded.

🛡️

Secure Account & SSL Protection

Every get99 account is protected by industry-standard SSL encryption. Your personal data and BDT payment transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed over secure, encrypted channels at all times.

Healthy Gambling Habits

Responsible play starts with informed habits. We recommend every get99 player in Bangladesh follow these guidelines before and during every session:

  • Only gamble with money you can afford to lose — never use rent, bill, or grocery funds.
  • Set a strict session budget in BDT before you log in and stop when that limit is reached.
  • Never chase losses — a losing streak is part of the game, not a problem to fix with more bets.
  • Take regular breaks — stand up, stretch, and step away from the screen every hour.
  • Keep gambling separate from your daily responsibilities, family time, and work commitments.
  • Never gamble under the influence of alcohol, stress, grief, or other emotional pressures.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Being honest with yourself about your habits is the first step toward staying in control. Common warning signs include:

Seek help if you notice: spending more time or money gambling than planned; borrowing or selling items to fund gambling; neglecting work, studies, or family because of gambling sessions; feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling; lying to others about your gambling activities; or gambling to escape emotional difficulties. These are signs that gambling has moved beyond recreation.

Protecting Minors

get99 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering or playing on the platform. We invest in age-verification processes during account creation and may request government-issued ID, national ID (NID), or other valid documentation to confirm player eligibility at any point.

If you share a device with family members, especially younger siblings or children, we strongly recommend using parental control software and keeping your get99 account credentials private at all times. Never save your login details on a shared phone or tablet. Parents in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh who wish to restrict access to gambling content for minors should install device-level filtering tools available for Android and iOS.

Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool that temporarily or permanently restricts your access to get99. You can request a 6-month, 1-year, or permanent exclusion by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Once activated, you will not be able to log in, make deposits, or receive promotional offers during the exclusion period.

Yes. get99 offers a cool-off or time-out feature that lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
